FurEase Terms of Service

By placing an order on fureaseth.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products
All products are sold as described. Product images are representative; minor colour variation may occur due to screen calibration. FurEase makes no medical or veterinary claims about any product.

2. Pricing
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). FurEase is not currently registered for Singapore GST under the Overseas Vendor Registration regime; for orders above SGD 400 CIF value, GST may be assessed by Singapore Customs at importation and is the recipient's responsibility.

3. Orders
Order confirmation does not guarantee stock availability. In the unlikely event of a stock-out, we will notify you within 2 business days and offer a full refund.

4. Shipping
We ship to Singapore only via CJ Packet Eub. Estimated delivery times are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page and are estimates only. FurEase is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or force majeure events.

6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 and its Lemon Law provisions.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FurEase's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. Nothing in this clause prevents a Singapore consumer from bringing a claim before the Singapore Small Claims Tribunal.
