FurEase Returns & Refunds Policy

To ensure a 100% stress-free experience for our Singaporean cat parents, all returns are processed locally in Singapore. You do NOT need to ship items back to Hong Kong.
Simply contact our Singapore Support line — +65 3125 7646 / support@fureaseth.com — to arrange a hassle-free local SG return and full refund. Our team will guide you through every step.
We stand behind every product. If you are not 100% satisfied, here is what you are entitled to:
1. Voluntary 30-Day Return (Founding Member Promise)
- Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- For low-value items we may waive the return ship-back and issue a "Keep It" full refund.
- Refunds processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
2. Defective or Misdescribed Goods (Singapore Lemon Law / CPFTA)
- Defects reported within 6 months of delivery are presumed defective at delivery.
- You are entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction at your choice.
- FurEase covers all return shipping costs for Lemon Law claims — zero cost to you.
3. Damaged or Wrong Item on Arrival
- Email us a photo within 7 days — we dispatch a free replacement immediately, no return required.
4. Non-Returnable Items: Used grooming gloves and bath gloves (hygiene reasons), unless defective.
