Returns & Refunds

We offer two layers of protection for every order — one is our voluntary service, the other is your right under Singapore law.

1. Voluntary 14-Day Return Policy (Change of Mind)

This is an extra service offered by FurEase. It is not a legal requirement under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

  • Window: 14 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
  • Return shipping: Buyer pays return shipping (typically SGD 15–30 to our return centre).
  • "Keep It" option: For low-value items where return shipping exceeds the product cost, we may issue a refund without requiring you to ship the item back. We will confirm by email.
  • Refund timing: 5–10 working days to the original payment method after we receive the return (or approve a "Keep It" refund).

2. Lemon Law — Defective or Misdescribed Goods (Statutory)

Under Singapore's Lemon Law (Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act), defective or misdescribed goods reported within 6 months of delivery are presumed to be defective at delivery — you are entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction.

  • Window: 6 months from the date you receive your order.
  • What counts: Items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the listing.
  • Return shipping: FurEase covers all return shipping and handling costs for valid Lemon Law claims.
  • Resolution: Repair, free replacement, full refund, or price reduction — your choice where reasonable.

Note on colour: Product colour may vary slightly due to screen calibration and lighting. Minor variation is not considered a defect.

3. How to start a return

  1. Email support@fureaseth.com within the applicable window (14 days for change of mind, 6 months for Lemon Law).
  2. Include your order number, the item, and a clear photo (required for Lemon Law claims).
  3. We respond within 24 working hours with return instructions or a "Keep It" decision.

4. Lost packages

  • If your tracking has not updated for 14 consecutive days, contact us — we will initiate a logistics investigation with our partner CJ Dropshipping after day 45 from despatch.
  • Packages not delivered by day 60 from despatch are treated as lost: you may choose a free reshipment or a full refund.
  • Exclusions: incorrect address provided by buyer, customs seizure, refused delivery, or buyer-caused delays.

5. Non-returnable items

  • Items returned without prior approval.
  • Items damaged by misuse after delivery.
  • Items returned outside the applicable window.
