A: Yes. In September 2024, HDB officially permitted cats in all HDB flats under the Singapore Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) Cat Licensing Scheme. Each licensed flat may keep up to 2 cats. FurEase products are designed specifically to meet these new regulations.

Q: How fast is shipping to Singapore?

A: 3–5 business days, dispatched within 24 hours from our our fulfilment centre logistics hub via DJ Cargo Premium Air Express, with full live tracking and SMS notifications. Last-mile delivery by SingPost or Ninja Van.

Q: Is there a shipping fee?

A: Orders over SGD $39 ship free. Orders below SGD $39 are a flat SGD $4.90. The HDB Cat Parent Bundle ($99.90) always ships free with a Founding Member gift box.

Q: What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

A: We start an investigation after 14 days and issue a free reshipment after 21 days. Damaged or wrong items get an immediate replacement with photo proof — no return required.
