FurEase Terms of Service

By placing an order on fureaseth.com (operated by Hong Kong Global Star E-Commerce Limited (香港環球星選電子商務有限公司)), you agree to the following terms.

1. Products
All products are sold as described. Product images are representative; minor colour variation may occur due to screen calibration. FurEase makes no medical or veterinary claims about any product.

2. Pricing
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). FurEase is not currently registered for Singapore GST under the Overseas Vendor Registration regime; for orders above SGD 400 CIF value, GST may be assessed by Singapore Customs at importation and is the recipient's responsibility.

3. Orders
Order confirmation does not guarantee stock availability. In the unlikely event of a stock-out, we will notify you within 2 business days and offer a full refund.

4. Shipping
We ship to Singapore only via DJ Cargo Premium Air Express (Guangzhou → Singapore, 4–5 working days). Estimated delivery times are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page and are estimates only. FurEase is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or force majeure events.

5. Returns
See our Refund Policy for our 30-day Founding Member return promise and full Singapore Lemon Law / CPFTA compliance.

6. Intellectual Property
All product names, logos, and copy on this site are property of Hong Kong Global Star E-Commerce Limited (香港環球星選電子商務有限公司). Unauthorised commercial reuse is prohibited.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
