Shipping rates

• HDB Cat Parent Bundle (SGD 99.90): FREE Air Express Shipping — no threshold needed
• Orders SGD 39 and above: Free tracked shipping
• Orders below SGD 39: Flat rate SGD 4.90

Delivery time

• Air Express (Fast Air Express): 4–5 working days doorstep delivery to Singapore
• Standard tracked shipping: 7–12 days from despatch

Despatch typically occurs within 1–2 working days after order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance and public holidays.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is despatched. Track your shipment end-to-end via our carrier portal. If your tracking has not updated for 7 consecutive days, please contact us immediately.

GST & Customs

FurEase is currently not registered for Singapore GST under the Overseas Vendor Registration (OVR) regime.

• Orders with a CIF value of SGD 400 or below: no GST collected at checkout.
• Orders with a CIF value above SGD 400: GST of 9% payable to Singapore Customs at importation.

Lost packages

We initiate a logistics investigation after day 14 from despatch. Packages not delivered by day 21 are treated as lost — you may choose a free reshipment or a full refund.
